Can someone share how an official complaint should be worded to STP or Alert Pay concerning Frogress, Gigalido, and the other scammers?

Perhaps you have had previous experience with filing a complaint with STP or Alert Pay and know the best way to proceed and what wording would work the best.....it is kind of a tricky situation with the 'no guarantee' phrase, however they did intentionally deceive their customers and "attempted fraudulent actions"

Maybe someone could write something up concerning them that we could all use to file with the 'abuse department' of the payment processors......

Any help is appreciated.....

With STP you can call them direct. You will get right through not like alert pay were you would be on hold for a hour. They also have a forum on there main web page. I would call them they are very easy to deal with. I won't speak on Alert Pay. I think they are one of the worst online processors online. How they stay in business & why so many people like them I will never no.
