Can someone share how an official complaint should be worded to STP or Alert Pay concerning Frogress, Gigalido, and the other scammers?
Perhaps you have had previous experience with filing a complaint with STP or Alert Pay and know the best way to proceed and what wording would work the best.....it is kind of a tricky situation with the 'no guarantee' phrase, however they did intentionally deceive their customers and "attempted fraudulent actions"
Maybe someone could write something up concerning them that we could all use to file with the 'abuse department' of the payment processors......
