hi chaney,
i suppose you could do a check on the owner and address of the domain name - you can check these details by using a WHOIS site. Just google it! But a lot of people keep their details private so might not always work.

- I read on another forum that the owner of scam AltSurf has re-opened as StudioBannersPro.....I don't know that to be true or not true.....my question is how would a person know that? is there a way to find out who the owners of a new program are?
