StrictPay Customers
As some of you know, we had frozen the Megalido account (StrictPay Account 37553) while we were waiting for them to give their customers a more current update. They had updated their customers that they would return to regular operations towards the end of December, and we were hoping to hear news from them sometime before the December 20th date they stated. At this point we have not heard any new updates from them, and feeling that a week past that date is enough time for them to have updated their customers or us, we have made a decision concerning the funds left in their account.
We have decided to refund the remaining funds in their account, and this email is being sent to all customers that have had any transactions with StrictPay account 37553. We feel this decision is in the best interest of both our customers and our company. Please keep in mind that the refund is going to be based on the amount of those funds left in their StrictPay account, and that is the only refund we can give. Our account analysis will determine the exact amount of refund for each customer to insure that everyone is treated fairly.
Also keep in mind that any customers that have received more funds to their StrictPay account than they sent to Megalido will not be receiving a refund of any amount. We only have access to StrictPay records, and we do not have any records showing how Megalido customers may have sent or received funds via alternate methods.
Refunds are being processed within the next 24 to 48 hours, and can be found in your transaction history labeled as Megalido Refund. Thank you for your understanding and patience during this process, and we appreciate you choosing StrictPay as your payment option.
